摘　　要：本文对国内外能耗基准研究工作的发展现状和基于数据驱动的基准制定方法进行了综述。国内外研究工作的成果包括能耗基准在线评价工具和能耗限额标准。基准制定方法包括统计学方法、数据挖掘方法,以及文献中用到的基于数据驱动的其它方法。在此基础上,本文指出了现有能耗基准研究存在的局限性。This paper reviewed the current development status of Chinese and international energy consumption benchmark research and data-driven benchmarking methods.The achievements of domestic and foreign research work include online evaluation tools for energy consumption benchmark and energy consumption quota standards.Benchmarking methods include statistical methods,data mining methods,and other data-driven methods used in the literature.On this basis,this paper pointed out the limitations of existing energy benchmark studies.
