摘　　要：张斌霞教授认为精神因素是高血压发病之诱因,气阴两虚、脾肾俱亏为致病之本,风火上炎、痰瘀结内是致病之标;治疗时应标本兼顾,以益气养阴,健脾补肾为主以治其本,以平肝潜阳,疏通经络为辅治其标,并防传变,以血压宁汤治疗高血压,并附验案。Professor Zhang Binxia thinks that mental factor is the cause of hypertension,both deficiency of Qi and Yin and spleen and kidney depletion are the root causes of the pathogenesis,wind and fire flaming up,phlegm and blood stasis intermingling are the symptoms,the treatment should consider both the root causes and the symptoms,benefiting Qi and nourishing yin,invigorating spleen and kidney as the main therapeutic method is used to treat the root cause,calming the liver and suppressing Yang,dredging the meridians could help relieve the symptoms and prevent the changes and transmission,selfmade empirical prescription Xueyaning decoction is applied in the treatment of hypertension,and it could obtain notable effects.
