益气温阳固精汤治疗老年原发性慢性肾小球肾炎44例  

Clinical Observation on Benefiting-qi Warming-yang Consolidating-essence Decoction in the Treatment of 44 Elderly Patients with Primary Chronic Glomerulonephritis

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气温阳固精汤对原发性慢性肾小球肾炎老年患者水肿程度、24h尿蛋白及肾功能的影响。方法:选择89例老年原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者并随机分为观察组(44例)和对照组(45例)。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础服用益气温阳固精汤。比较两组临床疗效、水肿程度、24 h尿蛋白定量及肾功能。结果:观察组总有效率[84.09%(37/45)]明显高于对照组[71.11%(32/45)](P<0.05);治疗后观察组水肿程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组肾功能、24h尿蛋白水平均明显优于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳固精汤治疗老年原发性慢性肾小球肾炎患者,可明显减轻其水肿程度,改善肾功能。Objective:To explore the influence of benefiting-qi warming-yang consolidating-essence decoc tion on renal function,24h urinary protein and the degree of edema in elderly patients with primary chronic glome rulonephritis.Methods:All 89 patients were chosen,randomized into the observation group(44 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The control group adopted conventional Western medicine,and the observation group took benefiting-qi warming-yang consolidating-essence decoction based on conventional Western medicine.To compare clinical effects,the degrees of edema,24h urinary protein quantification and renal function between both groups.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was 84.09%(37/45)after treating,notably higher than 71.11%(32/45)of the control group(P<0.05);after treating,the degree of edema of the observation group was lower than that of the control group apparently(P<0.05);after treating,renal function and the levels of 24h urinary protein of both groups were notably better than these before treating,and the observation group was superior to the control group notably(P<0.05).Conclusion:Benefiting-qi warming-yang consolidating-essence decoction in treating elderly patients with primary chronic glomerulonephritis could notably relieve the degree of edema and improve renal function.
