温通刮痧疗法对神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者疼痛症状及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨温通刮痧疗法对神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者疼痛症状及睡眠质量的改善情况。方法:选取神经根型颈椎病患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规的刮痧疗法治疗,观察组采用温通刮痧疗法治疗,比较两组总有效率、颈部和肩部视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(neck disability index,NDI)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(Pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分。结果:总有效率观察组为[96.67%(29/30)]优于对照组[86.67%(26/30)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后肩颈部疼痛评分、NDI指数、睡眠质量指数均显著下降,且观察组下降程度更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温通刮痧疗法能减轻神经根型颈椎病颈肩痛患者疼痛症状,改善睡眠质量,效果显著。Objective:To explore the effects of warming-promotion scraping therapy on the improvements of pain and quality of sleep in cervical spondylotic radiculopathy(CSR)patients with neck and shoulder pain.Methods:Sixty CSR patients were chosen and randomly allocated to the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group adopted conventional scraping therapy,and the observation group warming-promotion scraping therapy,to compare therapeutic total effective rate,VAS of neck and shoulder,NDI and PSQI between both groups.Results:After treating,total effective rate of the observation group was[96.67%(29/30)],higher than[86.67%(26/30)]of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);degree of neck pain,degree of shoulder pain,NDI indexes and all the indexes of quality of sleep in both groups lowered notably after treating,the decrease of the observation group was more notable,and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warming-promotion scraping therapy could improve pain and quality of sleep in CSR patients with neck and shoulder pain,and it deserves clinical spread.
