摘  要:为了削弱滑模控制中的抖振现象,提高永磁同步电机的无位置传感器矢量控制性能,提出了一种改进型滑模观测器。使用Sigmoid函数代替sign函数进行削弱抖振,使用PLL锁相环代替反正切估算转子位置,提高了转子位置的估算精度。传统的电流闭环I/F起动策略中电流矢量幅值恒定,将会导致起动加速阶段转矩失衡,且切换过程转矩不稳,速度突变。提出了一种优化I/F起动方法,改变电流矢量的幅值保证转矩平衡和匀速切换。实验证明:相比于传统的I/F起动和滑模观测器,基于优化I/F起动方法的改进型滑模观测器起动迅速,转矩平稳无冲击,且能更好地抑制抖振,稳定性更强。In order to reduce chattering in sliding-mode control and improve the performance of sensorless vector control of PMSM,an improved sliding-mode observer was proposed.Sigmoid function was used instead of sign function to weaken chattering,and PLL phase locked loop is used instead of arctangent to estimate rotor position,which improved the estimation accuracy of rotor position.In the traditional current closed-loop I/F starting strategy,the constant amplitude of the current vector will lead to the unbalanced torque during the starting acceleration phase,unstable torque and abrupt speed change during the switching process.An optimal I/F start-up method was proposed to change the amplitude of the current vector to ensure torque balance and uniform speed switching.Experimental results show that compared with the traditional I/F starting and sliding mode observer,the improved sliding mode observer based on the optimized I/F starting method starts quickly,the torque is stable and no impact,and the chattering is better inhibited and the stability is stronger.
