摘  要:针对突发事件下列车正常秩序的快速恢复与调度优化方案的自动生成问题,现有调度优化模型与一般人工经验难以处理复杂事件场景,且求解效率较低。面向同时包括严重初始延误与区间限速影响的复杂突发事件场景,设计提出大面积列车延误和区间限速等针对性约束,构建基于事件活动网络的列车多目标非线性调度优化模型。为实现实时调度,采用添加中间决策变量构建析取不等约束组方法对列车晚点和取消相关非线性约束进行线性化,同时采用分枝定界算法求解。以武广高速铁路岳阳东至广州南区段为例,验证表明:该模型算法能有效降低列车调度方案的偏离程度,减少事件影响恢复时间29 min,且求解时间在120 s以内,满足现场实时性要求。Faced with the problems of rapid restoration of scheduled order of train operation and automatic generation of optimum dispatching scheme in the case of emergencies,the existing dispatching optimization models and rules of thumb can hardly deal with complex event scenarios with low efficiency.In this paper,to address complex emergencies that include both severe primary delays and section speed limits,a multi-objective nonlinear real-time train dispatching optimization model based on the event-activity network was developed,where targeted constraints such as large-scale primary delays and section speed limits were designed and proposed.In order to realize real-time scheduling,the method of adding intermediate binary decision variables to construct disjunctive unequal constraint group was used to linearize train delay and cancel relevant nonlinear constraints.Moreover,a branch and bound algorithm was proposed to solve the problem.The results of the real case studies carried out on the Wuhan—Guangzhou high-speed railway show an effective reduction of the optimized deviation of train scheduling scheme and a reduction of the recovery time by 29 min.The computational time of all scenarios is within 120 s,satisfying the real-time requirements.
