摘  要:转子式空调压缩机摩擦噪声主要来源于其内部相互接触的各个运动副。为识别转子式空调压缩机摩擦噪声的来源,通过销盘实验测定曲轴与上下法兰组成的系统中不同摩擦副的摩擦因数,拟合得到摩擦-速度负斜率曲线;建立曲轴法兰系统的有限元模型,以摩擦-速度负斜率曲线加载,提取其复特征值和等效阻尼比,初步分析摩擦噪声可能发生的频率。对实际采集的压缩机噪声信号进行EMD-FastICA分析,提取出摩擦噪声的频率来印证初步猜想。为预测系统摩擦噪声的发生趋势,试调整动摩擦因数和静摩擦因数,以不同的摩擦-速度负斜率曲线对曲轴法兰模型进行加载,分析摩擦因数对噪声发生的影响。结果表明:在曲轴法兰系统中,摩擦噪声来源为曲轴下止推部的止推面与下法兰上端面的摩擦自激振动;对于止推面-下法兰运动副,减小摩擦力-速度负斜率中的静摩擦因数和滑动摩擦因数均有助于抑制摩擦噪声的产生。The frictional noise of air conditioning rotor compressors mainly comes from the internal contact pairs.In order to identify the source of frictional noise,the friction coefficient of different friction pairs in the system composed of crankshaft and upper and lower flanges were measured firstly,and the negative friction-velocity slope curves were fitted.The finite element model of the crankshaft flange system was established.By loading the negative friction-velocity slope curves,the complex eigenvalue and equivalent damping ratio were extracted,and the possible frequency of friction noise was preliminarily analyzed.Then,EMD-FastICA analysis was carried out on the actually collected compressor noise signal,and the frequency of frictional noise was extracted to confirm the preliminary conjecture.In order to predict the trend of frictional noise,the sliding friction coefficient and static friction coefficient were adjusted to load the crankshaft flange model with different negative friction-velocity slope curves,the influence of friction coefficient on the frictional noise was analyzed.The results show that in the crankshaft flange system,the friction noise comes from the friction self-excited vibration between the thrust surface of the lower thrust part of the crankshaft and the upper face of the lower flange.For the thrust surface lower flange kinematic pair,reducing the static friction coefficient and sliding friction coefficient in the negative friction-velocity slope can help to suppress the generation of friction noise.
