摘 要:朔黄重载铁路部分大桥取消了双向钢轨伸缩调节器,改为铺设无缝线路,需要对无缝线路的轨道状态进行实时监测以保证行车安全,为此研发了无缝线路轨道状态监测系统。该系统具有数据采集、远程设备维护、测试结果传输、异常值报警等功能,能适应不同线路条件和电气化区段,可对轨温、环境温度、钢轨温度力、轨枕位移、轮轨力等参数实时在线监测。通过系统软件对监测数据进行计算分析,实现对无缝线路轨道状态的评估。该系统已在朔黄铁路红山崖滹沱河大桥试用。结果显示:调节器拆除后钢轨温度力、轮轨力等参数处于合理范围,桥上无缝线路轨道状态良好,稳定性满足运营需求;监测系统运行稳定,大量的监测数据可为线路养护维修提供支撑。Some bridges of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang heavy haul railway have cancelled the two-way rail expansion regulator and the railway changed to continuous welded rail(CWR). It is necessary to monitor the track state of CWR in real-time to ensure driving safety. Therefore,a CWR track state monitoring system is developed. The system has the functions of data acquisition,remote equipment maintenance,test result transmission,abnormal value alarm and so on.It can adapt to different line conditions and electrification sections,and can monitor the parameters such as rail temperature,ambient temperature,rail temperature force,sleeper displacement,wheel rail force and so on in real-time online. The monitoring data are calculated and analyzed by the system software to realize the evaluation of CWR track state. The system has been tested in Hongshanya Hutuohe Bridge of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway. The results show that after the regulator is removed,the parameters such as rail temperature force and wheel rail force are in a reasonable range,the CWR track on the bridge is in good condition,and the stability meets the operation requirements. The monitoring system operates stably,and a large number of monitored data can provide support for line maintenance.
