摘 要:装配化施工技术是我国铁路建设新时期的重要技术发展方向。装配式钢-混凝土组合梁具有现场工作量小、自重轻、制备质量好等优点,在铁路特殊的施工环境中有良好的适用性。为进一步推动装配式钢-混组合梁在铁路中的应用与发展,本文分析了钢-混凝土组合梁中抗剪连接件对组合梁承载力、刚度和疲劳性能的影响,对比了铁路荷载和公路荷载组合梁的静力和疲劳性能。结果表明:铁路恒载、活载效应分别是公路的1.64、1.24倍;设置相同数量抗剪连接件时铁路荷载作用下,连接件承受的最大疲劳应力幅是公路荷载作用下的2.08倍;在分析装配式钢-混凝土组合梁制备关键技术要求的基础上,提出了适用的剪力连接系统。Assembly construction technology is an important technical development direction in the new period of railway construction in China. The fabricated steel-concrete composite girder has the advantages of smaller field workload,lighter weight and better preparation quality,and has good applicability in the special construction environment of railway. Aimed to the further application and development of assembled composite girder in railway,the authors analyze the influence of shear components in steel-concrete composite girder on the bearing capacity,stiffness and fatigue performance of composite girder by summarizing and comparing methods. The static and fatigue performance of composite girder was analyzed under the actions of railway load and highway load. The results show that the railway dead load is 1.64 times of the highway dead load effect,and the railway live load is 1.24 times of the highway live load effect. With the same number of shear components,the maximum fatigue stress amplitude of the connection under railway load is 2.08 times that of the highway load. Based on the analysis of the key technical requirements for the preparation of fabricated steel-concrete composite girder,a shear connection system suitable for fabricated steelconcrete composite girder is proposed.
