妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的治疗及致病原因分析

摘　　要：目的针对妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因及针对性治疗措施的效果进行分析。方法回顾性分析60例行妇产科手术且引发子宫内膜异位症患者的临床资料,根据治疗方案将患者分为常规组和实验组,每组30例。常规组给予常规药物治疗,实验组给予一次性病灶清除术联合药物治疗。分析妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因,并对比两组患者临床疗效及不良事件发生情况。结果妇产科手术史、子宫内膜碎片、体腔上皮均属于其子宫内膜异位症的致病原因。实验组治疗总有效率96.67%高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的不良事件发生率6.67%低于常规组的26.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中需要针对妇产科手术切口子宫内膜异位症的致病原因采取手术结合药物的联合治疗方法,保证其整体疗效。Objective To analyze the causes of endometriosis in obstetrics and gynecology surgical incisions and the effectiveness of targeted treatment measures.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometriosis caused by obstetric and gynecological surgery were divided into the conventional group and the experimental group according to the treatment plan,with 30 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional medication,and the experimental group was treated with one-time debridement and medication.The causes of endometriosis in obstetric and gynecological surgical incisions were analyzed,and the clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The history of obstetric and gynecological surgery,endometrial fragments and coelarium epithelium were the causes of endometriosis.The total effective rate of treatment 96.67%in the experimental group was higher than 80.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events 6.67%in the experimental group was lower than 26.67%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinical practice,it is necessary to adopt the combined treatment of surgery and medicine to ensure the overall efficacy according to the causes of endometriosis in obstetric and gynecological surgical incisions.
