摘　　要：目的分析激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗内分泌失调不孕症的效果。方法84例内分泌失调不孕症患者,采取随机盲选法将其分为对照组及观察组,各42例。对照组患者实施常规治疗,观察组患者实施激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后的性激素指标水平,排卵及妊娠情况。结果观察组总有效率92.86%高于对照组的73.81%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1个周期后,观察组的卵泡刺激素(11.85±2.51)mIU/ml、黄体生成素(6.38±1.58)mIU/ml高于对照组的(8.76±2.35)、(4.06±1.24)mIU/ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗1、2、3个周期的排卵率分别为26.19%(11/42)、50.00%(21/42)、73.81%(31/42),妊娠率分别为9.52%(4/42)、19.05%(8/42)、38.10%(16/42);观察组治疗1、2、3个周期的排卵率分别为69.05%(29/42)、78.57%(33/42)、92.86%(39/42),妊娠率分别为26.19%(11/42)、42.86%(18/42)、64.29%(27/42)。观察组治疗1、2、3个周期的排卵率、妊娠率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论内分泌失调不孕症患者采取激素联合枸橼酸氯米芬治疗的效果显著,值得采纳及使用。Objective To analyze the effect of hormone combined with clomiphene citrate in the treatment of endocrine disorders and infertility.Methods A total of 84 patients with endocrine disorders and infertility were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was treated with conventional therapy,and patients in the observation group was treated with hormone and clomiphene citrate.The clinical efficacy,sex hormones levels before and after treatment,ovulation and pregnancy status were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 92.86%of the observation group was higher than 73.81%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 cycle of treatment,the follicle stimulating hormone(11.85±2.51)mIU/ml and luteinizing hormone(6.38±1.58)mIU/ml of the observation group were higher than(8.76±2.35)and(4.06±1.24)mIU/ml of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group,the ovulation rates were 26.19%(11/42),50.00%(21/42)and 73.81%(31/42),and pregnancy rates were 9.52%(4/42),19.05%(8/42)and 38.10%(16/42)at 1,2 and 3 cycles of treatment;in the observation group,the ovulation rates were 69.05%(29/42),78.57%(33/42)and 92.86%(39/42),and the pregnancy rates were 26.19%(11/42),42.86%(18/42)and 64.29%(27/42)at 1,2 and 3 cycles of treatment.The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group at 1,2 and 3 cycles of treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hormone combined with clomiphene citrate has significant effect on patients with endocrine disorder and infertility,and is worth adopting and using.
