温阳益气汤联合优甲乐治疗原发性甲减的效果及作用机制探究

摘　　要：目的探究温阳益气汤联合优甲乐治疗原发性甲状腺功能减退症(甲减)的效果及作用机制。方法50例原发性甲减患者,根据治疗方法不同分为参照组和实验组,各25例。参照组应用优甲乐进行治疗,实验组在参照组基础上加用温阳益气汤治疗。比较两组患者实验室相关指标[促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺激素(FT4)]及中医证候积分。结果治疗前,两组患者的TSH、FT4水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,实验组患者的TSH(4.41±1.15)μIU/ml低于参照组的(5.75±2.36)μIU/ml,FT4(16.47±3.66)pmol/L高于参照组的(13.24±2.78)pmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后实验组患者的中医证候积分(8.31±1.24)分低于参照组的(17.71±1.47)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在原发性甲减患者的治疗中,应用温阳益气汤联合优甲乐治疗,能够取得显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Wenyang Yiqi Decoction combined with Euthyrox in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism.Methods A total of 50 patients with primary hypothyroidism were divided into reference group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with Euthyrox,and the experimental group was treated with Wenyang Yiqi Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The laboratory related indicators[thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free thyroid hormone(FT4)]and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TSH and FT4 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TSH(4.41±1.15)μIU/ml of the experimental group was lower than(5.75±2.36)μIU/ml of the reference group,and the FT4(16.47±3.66)pmol/L was higher than(13.24±2.78)pmol/L of the reference group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores(8.31±1.24)points of the experimental group was lower than(17.71±1.47)points of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with primary hypothyroidism,the application of Wenyang Yiqi Decoction combined with Euthyrox can achieve significant therapeutic effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
