运动康复护理干预对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析运动康复护理干预对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者心功能的影响。方法80例CHF患者为研究对象,依据随机数表法分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上加以运动康复护理干预。比较两组干预前后的左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、心率以及6 min步行试验(6MWT)情况。结果干预后,观察组的LVEF(46.14±6.62)%高于对照组的(38.72±5.94)%,LVESD(38.70±5.32)mm、LVEDD(50.25±6.32)mm小于对照组的(44.20±6.05)、(56.20±5.68)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的6MWT(196.96±32.45)m长于对照组的(114.20±29.86)m,心率(76.14±6.35)次/min低于对照组的(88.96±6.94)次/min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论予以CHF患者运动康复护理干预能改善其心功能,提升其6MWT,降低其心率水平。Objective To analyze the effect of exercise rehabilitation nursing interventions on the cardiac function of chronic heart failure(CHF)patients.Methods A total of 80 CHF patients as research subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random numerical table,each with 40 cases.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received exercise rehabilitation nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD),heart rate and 6-min walk test(6MWT)before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the LVEF(46.14±6.62)%of the observation group was higher than(38.72±5.94)%of the control group,and the LVESD(38.70±5.32)mm and LVEDD(50.25±6.32)mm were smaller than(44.20±6.05)and(56.20±5.68)mm of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the 6MWT(196.96±32.45)m of the observation group was longer than(114.20±29.86)m of the control group,and the heart rate(76.14±6.35)beats/min was lower than(88.96±6.94)beats/min of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The exercise rehabilitation nursing can improve the cardiac function and 6MWT,and reduce the heart rate of CHF patients.
