摘  要:涤纶传统水浴染色存在高耗水、高排放和高污染的技术难题,以高沸点、非极性的十甲基环五硅氧烷(D5)为染色介质可以实现分散染料在低压条件下对涤纶织物染色。为了研究该体系中发色母体对分散染料染色性能的影响,文章分别以邻氰基对硝基苯胺、3-氨基-5-硝基苯并异噻唑为重氮组分,N-氰乙基-N-乙酰氧乙基苯胺为偶合组分,合成了分散染料D-1(偶氮结构)和D-2(杂环结构)。选用D-1、D-2和C.I.分散红177在低压无水染色体系中对涤纶织物染色,探究了发色母体及促染剂与染料在染色介质中的溶解度、染色性能的关系。结果表明,在无促染剂时,以邻氰基对硝基苯胺为重氮组分的D-1的溶解度最低为0.081 g/L,上染率最高为95%;随着促染剂质量分数的增加,D-1的溶解度及上染率变化较小,而D-2和C.I.分散红177的溶解度明显降低,上染率提高15%;发色母体对染色织物的各项色牢度无显著影响,且均可达到4级或以上。Conventional polyester water bath dyeing process has problems of high-water consumption,high emission and high energy consumption.In recent years,non-aqueous medium dyeing system has become a research hotspot in the printing and dyeing industry.At present,the widely researched supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing technology cannot be adopted for large-scale industrial production because of the technical problems,such as ultra-high pressure and operation risk.Additionally,there are other new-type dyeing technologies,such as air flow dyeing and foam dyeing.However,air flow dyeing has disadvantages of easily producing color spots,difficulties in washing and poor hyperchromatic color fastness.And the level dyeing performance is poor for foam dyeing.Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane(D5)is a colorless,odorless and non-toxic organosilicon compound.Using D5 as a dyeing medium,polyester can be dyed by disperse dyes without dispersant and water,and without the steps of reduction clearing,etc.D5 can be recycled after dyeing to obtain the dyeing effect with zero discharge of sewage for dyeing polyester fabrics,which has a great potential of industrialization.However,high solubility and low dye uptake of disperse dyes in D5 will eventually cause a waste of dyes and make it difficult to recycle D5.Although it has been found in existing studies that the substituents in the molecular structures of dyes would affect the dyeing properties,the relationship between dye chromophore parent and dyeing properties has not been systematically studied.Based on the molecular structure-activity relationship,disperse dyes D-1 and D-2 were synthesized by using 2-cyano-4-nitro aniline and 3-amino-5-nitrobenzoisothiazole as diazo components and N-cyanoethyl-N-acetoxyethyl aniline as the coupling components.The purity of synthesized dyes was measured by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),and the structure of the dyes was characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FT-IR)and ^(1)H Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectra(1H NMR).D-1,D-2
