婴幼童口水巾产品唾液吸收性能测试及评价方法研究

摘　　要：口水巾是婴幼儿必备的清洁纺织品,但目前国内外对口水巾产品的唾液吸收性能尚无标准方法。为研究制定适用于口水巾的唾液吸收性能的测试方法和评判准则,文章以人造唾液为溶液,选择合适的仪器、材料,探究试验方法,将样品分为针织和机织纱布两组,每组各有3种样品,通过测试样品在唾液中的芯吸高度、滴液扩散时间、抗渗液性,得出产品颜色、层数、组织结构、纵横向对产品的唾液吸收能力有不同程度的影响,吸收效果最佳的是A组针织蓝色围嘴,吸收效果最差的是B组6层鼓包纱布三角巾。进一步总结试验方案,研究制定适用于口水巾的唾液吸收性能的标准。Saliva towels are necessary cleaning textiles for infants.Infants aging from four to six months have not formed the swallowing ability,and their saliva will flow out unconsciously.Saliva towels can absorb the saliva secreted by the baby’s mouth,maintain the dryness of their faces and necks and effectively protect their skin.Among the hygroscopic performance criteria,the commonly used test solution is tertiary water.The saliva towels are frequently exposed to saliva rather than water.Although it is inappropriate to use tertiary water to measure the hygroscopic performance of saliva towels,there has not yet established the consensus standard for the hygroscopic performance of water towel products on saliva at home and abroad.Therefore,in order to improve the liquid absorption performance and solve the inapplicability of using water as the testing sample,this paper conducts theoretical and practical research on the saliva absorption performance testing and evaluation methods of infant saliva towels to address the lack of evaluation standards for saliva absorption capacity of saliva towels.A device for testing saliva absorption performance is designed according to the scenes of infants and young children using saliva towels.A saliva absorption performance evaluation method is established based on the intuitive evaluation to explore the plan for testing the absorption performance of saliva towels.The saliva absorption performance testing methods and evaluation criteria of saliva towels are of great significance for promoting the standardization of textile specifications.In this research,the samples purchased on the market are divided into two groups:knitted gauze(Group A)and machine woven gauze(Group B).There are three kinds of samples in each group.The research is carried out according to the following procedures.Before the experiment,several preparation steps are needed,including artificial saliva liquid making,test methods exploration,and preparation of equipment and materials for the absorption performance testi
