摘  要:为提升拉曼光纤激光器控制稳定性,提出了基于嵌入式技术的拉曼光纤激光器控制系统。拉曼光纤激光器的输出电压模拟信号经A/D模块转换为数字信号后,传送到FPGA控制单元,FPGA控制单元基于接收到的数字信号与控制电压之间偏差,利用粒子群算法改进模糊PID控制器实施优化,处理误差信号,实现拉曼光纤激光器控制,同时采用并行通信方式,将控制结果传输到单片机控制单元,利用单片机控制单元发出的温度及供电控制命令,并通过显示器展示数据。实验结果表明:该系统输入电流值与输出功率间具有良好线性关系,系统稳定性高;增益系数与电流成正比且较平稳,系统控制能力强、有效性高。In order to improve the control stability of Raman fiber laser, the control system of Raman fiber laser based on embedded technology is studied. The output voltage analog signal of Raman fiber laser is converted into digital signal by A/D module, and then transmitted to FPGA control unit. Based on the deviation between received digital signal and control voltage, FPGA control unit uses particle swarm optimization to improve fuzzy PID controller to implement optimization and process error signal to realize Raman fiber laser control. At the same time, parallel communication mode is adopted to control the signal The control results are transmitted to the single-chip microcomputer control unit. The temperature and power supply control commands issued by the single-chip microcomputer control unit are used, and the data are displayed on the display. The experimental results show that the system has a good linear relationship between the input current and the output power, the system has high stability, the gain coefficient is proportional to the current and stable, and the system has strong control ability and high effectiveness.
