摘　　要：某汽车底盘检具使用西门子SIMATIC S7-300控制器实现检测工艺控制,与连接ABB工业机器人的西门子SIMATIC S7-1500控制器1进行S7单边通信实现机器人上下料的控制,并与连接基恩士CR-300工业相机的西门子SIMATIC S7-1500控制器2进行S7单边通信实现读码信息的处理,还与安装在研华工控机的检测软件进行OPC-UA通信实现与PC检测软件的数据交换。A certain automobile chassis inspection equipment uses SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-300 controller to achieve process control,and it performs S7 unilateral communication with SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1500 controller connected to ABB industrial robots to realize robot loading and unloading.It communicates with SIEMENS SIMATIC S7-1500 controller connected with Keyence CR-300 industrial camera for S7 unilateral communication to realize the processing of code reading information,and it also performs OPC-UA communication with the inspection software installed in Advantech's industrial computer to realize data exchange with PC inspection software.
