摘  要:管道打底焊过程中,现实环境中存在着各种干扰、变形和工件缺陷,若不加以调整就会逐渐焊偏,影响焊接质量。针对此现象,研发了一套红外和可见光双视觉反馈的嵌入式控制系统,红外热像仪拍摄熔池图像,可见光相机拍摄焊缝图像,输入到基于TMS320DM6437的图像处理单元,经过去噪、滤波、边缘检测等一系列处理后计算出焊缝和熔池的偏移量,传输给基于TMS320F2812的运动控制单元,产生控制信号,驱动焊枪十字滑架上的电机执行纠偏。该嵌入式控制系统在管道预制系统的初步应用中纠偏精度在0.8 mm以上,并通过视频输出接口将焊接过程的图像传输到监视器,方便操作人员对焊接过程的监控。In the process of pipe bottom welding,there are various interferences,deformations and workpiece defects in the real environment.If they are not adjusted,the welding deviation will gradually affect the welding quality.In response to this phenomenon,an embedded control system with infrared and visible visual feedback is developed.Infrared thermal imaging camera takes images of molten pool,and visible light camera takes images of the weld,which are input to the image processing unit based on TMS320DM6437.After a series of processing such as denoising,filtering and edge detection,the offset of weld and weld pool is calculated.The signal is transmitted to the motion control unit based on TMS320F2812 to generate a control signal to drive the motor on the cross carriage of the welding gun to perform deviation correction.In the preliminary application of the embedded control system in the pipeline prefabrication system,the deviation correction accuracy is above 0.8 mm.The image of the welding process is transmitted to the monitor through the video output interface,which is convenient for the operator to monitor the welding process.
