摘  要:随着以新能源为主体的新型电力系统的构建,电力系统的数字化程度也越来越高,而随着数字变电站的推广和普及,对时钟精度要求也进一步提高,达到T5等级(1μs)。通过分析目前变电站时钟同步技术,提出基于IEC 1588标准的数字化变电站对时系统,并对对时系统进行了硬件和软件设计及误差分析,测试结果表明,该对时系统可满足IEC 61850各等级时间精度要求。With the construction of new power system with new energy as the main body,the digital level of power system are getting higher and higher.With the popularization of digital substation,the clock accuracy requirements are further improved,reaching T5 level(1μs).By analyzing the current substation clock synchronization technology,a digital substation timing system based on IEC 1588 standard is proposed.The hardware and software design of the timing system are carried out,and the error analysis is carried out.The test results show that the timing system can meet the time accuracy requirements of IEC 61850 at all levels.
