摘  要:引用、研究和开发电源快速切换技术,实时检测跟踪两段电源相关参数以及进线、母联开关的相关信息,在工作电源刚刚晃动,电压尚未大幅下降时,迅速甄别与判断,在数十毫秒内发出切换指令,快速投上备用电源,保证供电不中断;变配电快切装置从上到下分级配置,且与继电保护密切配合,确保外线或内网故障下迅速切除故障线路或主变,投上备用电源;模拟进行一系列典型试验,验明了快切的精准性;最后分析了快切的应用范围及相关注意事项。Introduce,research,and develop power supply fast switching technology,relevant parameters of two sections of power supply and relevant information of incoming line and bus coupler switch are real-time detected and tracked.When the working power supply has just shaken and the voltage has not decreased significantly,it can quickly identify and judge,send a switching command within tens of milliseconds,and quickly switch on the standby power supply to ensure that the power supply is not interrupted.The fast-cutting device for substation and distribution is configured hierarchically from top to bottom,and closely cooperates with the relay protection to ensure that the faulty line or main transformer is quickly removed in the case of external or internal network failures,and standby power is applied.A series of typical tests are simulated to verify the accuracy of the quick cut.Finally,the application scope and related precautions of quick cutting are analyzed.
