摘　　要：云南宁蒗县余家村金矿矿体分为两种产出状态,一是赋存于下二叠统阳新组(P_(1)y^(4))与上二叠统峨眉山玄武岩组(P^(2)β^(1))不整合接触带之蚀变凝灰岩中;二是赋存于下二叠统阳新组(P_(1)y^(4))灰岩分布区的断裂构造破碎带中,其含矿岩性为角砾状铁锰碳酸盐化灰岩。构造控矿明显。矿床成因类型属断裂破碎带及接触带蚀变控制的中-低温热液型金矿床。断裂构造、硅化等矿化蚀变是重要的找矿标志。The orebody of Yujiacun Au deposit in Ninglang,Yunnan can be divided into 2 types,1.In the altered tuff of unconformable contact between Lower P Yangxin Formation(P_(1)y^(4))and Upper P Emeishan basalt Formation(P_(2)β^(1));2.In the fault fracture zone of Lower P Yangxin Formation(P_(1)y^(4))limestone area.The ore-bearing rock is the brecciated Fe-Mn carbonatitized limestone,ore control of structure clear.It is a middle-low T hydrothermal Au deposit controlled by fault fracture zone and alteration of contact zone.The fault and silicification,etc are the important prospecting criteria.
