摘　　要：新形势下随着地质实验服务领域不断扩展,技术档案管理工作显得越来越重要,目前部分地质实验技术档案管理工作中,存在着风险意识淡薄、档案管理技术及制度建设滞后,档案分类、收集、整理、移交、入库、管理等缺乏规范性、系统性、完整性,人员业务素质不高等问题;针对这些问题,建议加强对档案管理工作的领导,强化创新人才培养、加强实验过程监督、规范技术档案管理、创新档案管理体制-机制,加快地质实验室技术档案管理工作法制化、制度化、规范化、信息化建设步伐。Under the New situation,because of the continuous expansion of geological experiment service field,the technique file management is more and more important.At present,a part of geological experiment technique file management is lacking in the risk concept,the file management technique and system construction are backward,the file classification,collection,sort out,turn over,put in storage,management,etc are without standard,system,complete,workers business ability low,etc.Aimed at these problems,we suggest strengthening the leading in file management,making innovation talent training and supervision of experiment process,standardizing technique fil management,innovating file management system,quickening steps of legal systematizing,standard,informativeness construction of geological experiment technique file management.
