摘  要:针对矿用物探仪器中锂电池充电MA要求、现有充电管理系统不通用性以及充电管理系统检测电池电压不精确的问题,采用了本安保护电路代替充电管理系统中现有二极管保护电路、增加散热处理、改变其安装位置等方法,确保了充电管理系统的可靠性。通过对10组锰酸锂离子电池组充放电试验,证明该种方式的充电管理系统可针对不同的仪器调节不同充电电压,工作温度下降,不再出现充电过程中突然停止充电的异常情况,且充电电流、电压、容量等参数最大偏差不超过3.5%,充满电池电压与放电容量接近理想值。In order to solve the problem of Lithium battery MA requirements of mine geophysical instruments,the non universality of the existing charging management system,and the charging management system can not accurately detect the battery voltage,and the inaccurate detection of battery voltage in the charging management system.In order to ensure the reliability of the charging management system,intrinsically safe protection circuit is used to replace the existing diode protection circuit in the charging management system,heat dissipation treatment is added,and its installation position is changed.Through the charge and discharge tests of 10 groups of lithium manganate batteries,it is proved that the charging management system can adjust different charging voltages for different instruments,the working temperature drops,and there is no abnormal situation of suddenly stopping charging in the charging process.Moreover,the maximum deviation of charging current,voltage,capacity and other parameters is not more than 3.5%,and the voltage and discharge capacity of the fully charged battery are close to the ideal value.
