摘 要:目的探讨3D打印技术辅助外固定架治疗长骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法选取2017年7月—2020年7月辽宁省某医院收治的120例长骨干骨折患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(n=58)和观察组(n=62)。对照组患者给予传统手术治疗,观察组患者给予3D打印技术辅助外固定架治疗,比较2组患者围术期指标、治疗优良率、肢体运动功能及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者手术时间、愈合时间及住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗优良率为95.16%,高于对照组的77.59%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.010,P=0.005)。2组患者治疗后Fugl-Meyel运动功能量表(FMA)评分高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率为8.06%,低于对照组的22.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.839,P=0.028)。结论3D打印技术辅助外固定架治疗长骨干骨折疗效显著,有助于缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量和并发症,改善肢体功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of 3D printing technology-assisted external fixation frame in the treatment of long-bone diaphyseal fractures.Methods One hundred and twenty patients with long-bone diaphyseal fractures admitted to a hospital in Liaoning province from July 2017 to July 2020 were selected for the study and divided into a control group(n=58)and an observation group(n=62)using the random number table method.Patients in the control group were given traditional surgical treatment and patients in the observation group were given 3D printing technology-assisted external fixation frame treatment,and the perioperative indexes,treatment excellence rate,limb movement function and complications occurred in the two groups were compared.Results The observation group had shorter operation time,healing time and hospitalization time than the control group,and less intraoperative bleeding than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment excellence rate of patients in the observation group was 95.16%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.010,P=0.005).The fugl-meyer assessment(FMA)scores of patients in both groups were higher after treatment than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of patients in the observation group was 8.06%,which was lower than that of 22.41%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.839,P=0.028).Conclusion 3D printing technology-assisted external fixation frame is effective in treating long-bone diaphyseal fractures,which helps to shorten the operation time,reduce intraoperative bleeding and complications,and improve limb function,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
