整体护理干预在多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者护理中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的观察整体护理干预在多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年11月—2020年11月开封市某医院收治的多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者70例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各35例。对照组患者给予常规护理,研究组患者给予整体护理干预,2组患者均持续护理至出院。比较2组患者的引流时间、住院时间、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的引流、住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);研究组患者并发症发生率为8.57%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.629,P=0.031);研究组患者护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.714,P=0.017)。结论整体护理干预可明显缩短多发肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者的引流、住院时间,降低并发症发生风险,增加患者对护理工作的满意度,值得在临床上推广使用。Objective To observe the application effect of holistic nursing intervention in the care of patients with multiple rib fractures combined with hemopneumothorax.Methods Seventy patients with multiple rib fractures combined with hemopneumothorax admitted to a hospital in Kaifeng from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as study subjects and divided into a control group and a study group using the random number table method,with 35 cases each.Patients in the control group were given conventional care and patients in the study group were given holistic nursing intervention,and the nursing care continued in both groups until discharge.The patients in the two groups were compared in terms of drainage time,hospital stay,complications and nursing satisfaction.Results The patients in the study group had shorter drainage and hospitalization time than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001);the complication rate was 8.57%,which was lower than that of 28.57%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.629,P=0.031);the nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 100.00%,higher than that of 80.00%in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.714,P=0.017).Conclusion Holistic nursing intervention can significantly shorten the drainage and hospitalization time of patients with multiple rib fractures combined with hemopneumothorax,reduce the risk of complications,and increase patients′satisfaction with nursing care,which is worth promoting in clinical practice.
