仝小林院士治疗自身免疫性多腺体综合征验案1例

摘　　要：自身免疫性多腺体综合征(polyglandular autoimmune syndrome,PAS)是临床的一类疑难病症,也是一种罕见疾病。因其疾病本身的复杂性,目前诊疗尚存在很大的难题。补中益气汤出自李东垣《内外伤辨惑论》,仝小林院士通过理、法、方、药、量步步精准的辨治,以补中益气汤加减治疗自身免疫性多腺体综合征。通过对仝小林院士治疗的1例自身免疫性多腺体综合征医案资料整理分析总结其临床用方、用量经验。Autoimmune polyglandular syndrome is a clinically intractable disease and a rare disease,to which an intensive immunosuppressive therapy is mostly applied in modern medicine,yet with an unsatisfactory effect.Academician Tong Xiaolin endeavors to make precise differentiation on the disease in terms of principle,method,recipe,medicines and dosage to treat it with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,a classic prescription from Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases created by the famous doctor Li Dongyuan in ancient China.Through sorting and analyzing the medical records of one case of autoimmune polyglandular syndrome treated by Academician Tong Xiaolin,this paper means to summarize his clinical experience in formulating prescriptions and deciding on dosages.
