摘　　要：目的观察腰骶部正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症联合骶髂关节紊乱的临床疗效。方法选取我院腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节紊乱患者80例,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,观察组给予腰骶部正骨手法加针灸治疗,对照组给予单纯针灸治疗,比较2组治疗前后的VAS评分、JOA评分和临床有效率。结果对2组患者治疗前后的VAS疼痛评分进行对比,2组治疗后评分均低于治疗前,且组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。JOA下腰痛评分进行对比,经治疗后,改善评分均提高,组间、组内差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床有效率较高,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腰骶部正骨手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并骶髂关节紊乱疗效显著,可供临床参考。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the lumbosacral bone-setting manipulation on lumbar disc herniation combined with sacroiliac joint disorder.Methods A total of 80 patients with lumbar disc herniation and sacroiliac joint disorder in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group was treated with the lumbosacral bone-setting manipulation and acupuncture,while the control group was given the acupuncture treatment alone.The VAS score,JOA score and clinical effective rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The VAS pain scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the difference between the two groups was significant (P<0.05).The JOA low back pain scores were improved after treatment,with a significant difference between and within the two groups (P<0.05).The clinical effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion The lumbosacral bone-setting manipulation is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation complicated with sacroiliac joint disorder,which can be used for clinical reference.
