摘　　要：肠易激综合征(IBS)是一种常见的全球性胃肠道功能紊乱疾病,给我国造成一定程度的社会和经济负担。中医药治疗IBS具有一定的优越性及良好的效果,但未阐明相关的作用机制。IBS病证结合动物模型是利用相应动物模拟中医病因病机建立的,可以模拟人类IBS的临床症状并进行症状的药物逆转研究,是中医药现代化研究的重要环节。本文对近年来相关文献进行整理分析,结合中医与现代医学对此病的认识,比较不同的造模方法,以期为肠易激综合征选择合适的病证结合动物模型提供参考。Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is a common global gastrointestinal dysfunction disease,which has caused some social and economic burdens in China.Traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages and can achieve good effects in the treatment of IBS,but its related mechanism is not clarified yet.IBS animal models are established by using animals to simulate the TCM etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,which can simulate the clinical symptoms of human IBS and be used in symptom drug reversal studies as an important link in the TCM modern research of the disease.This article sorts out and analyzes the relevant literature in recent years,compares different modeling methods on the basis of the understanding of the disease in Chinese medicine and modern medicine,in order to provide a reference for selecting proper symptoms of IBS to establish its animal experimental models.
