摘 要:为模拟道路上石子等对汽车塑料燃油箱冲击强度的影响,应用有限元分析软件ABAQUS对冲击能量分别为30、50、70、90 J的尖锤冲击进行了模拟,同时,对塑料燃油箱进行了相应能量的尖锤冲击性能试验,验证模拟结果的可靠性。结果表明:当尖锤冲击能量为30 J时,模拟和试验均未出现失效;当尖锤冲击能量分别为50、70、90 J时,模拟和试验均出现失效。由此可知,尖锤冲击模拟具有较高的精度,可以用于设计阶段的产品性能风险评估,为优化产品结构提供参考。In order to simulate the impact strength of the plastic fuel tank system affected by stone on the road,finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to carry out the hammer impact simulation with different impact energies of 30,50,70 and 90 J.At the same time,the hammer impact test of the plastic fuel tank system was performed with corresponding energies to verify the reliability of the simulation results.The results show that when the impact energy of the hammer is 30 J,there is no failure in both the simulation and the test;when the impact energy of the hammer is 50,70 or 90 J,both the simulation and the test fail.It can be seen that the simulation results have high accuracy and can be used in the risk assessment of product performance in the design stage.It provides a reference for the optimization of product structure.
