摘  要:文中对柴油-含水乙醇乳化燃料液滴的微爆现象进行了研究。利用修正的微爆数学模型,计算得到含水乙醇乳化燃料和水的微爆温度边界条件,同时进行了微爆温度观测试验,将试验结果与理论计算结果进行对比,验证了模型的正确性。对柴油-含水乙醇乳化燃料液滴蒸发过程和微爆现象进行了观察试验。结果表明:均匀成核通常会导致典型的微爆,而异相成核可能会引起局部微爆现象。最后讨论了液滴尺寸、组分和乳化剂对微爆发生的影响。研究表明:乳化燃料的过热极限取决于乳化燃料轻质组分的类型,而与乳化燃料中各组分的比例无关;液滴直径越小,发生微爆的可能性也越小,添加乳化剂也可能降低乳化燃料微爆的发生概率。The micro-explosion of hydrous ethanol-diesel emulsion was studied.The boundary conditions of micro-explosion temperature of hydrous ethanol emulsified fuels and the water were obtained by using the modified mathematical model of micro-explosion.Meanwhile,the micro-explosion temperature observation experiment was carried out.The experimental results were compared with the theoretical calculation,and the correctness of the model was verified.Some experiments for observation of the evaporating process and micro-explosion of the hydrous ethanol-diesel emulsion were carried out.The results indicate that the homogenous nucleation usually leads to a typical micro-explosion,while the heterogeneous nucleation may induce partial micro-explosion or puffing.The micro-explosion occurrence impact of the droplet size and emulsifier were also discussed in this study.The results show that the superheat limit of the emulsions depends on the type of light components,and has nothing to do with the proportion of components in emulsions.The smaller the droplet diameter is,the less possibility of micro-explosion is,and the addition of emulsifier may also reduce the probability of micro-explosion.
