摘  要:采用真空辅助树脂传递模塑工艺制备玄武岩纤维/环氧树脂复合板材,对织物铺层厚度、纤维体积分数、树脂体系配比、注胶工艺及固化工艺等进行研究。通过理论计算及试验方法确定当树脂体系中环氧树脂E51、甲基四氢苯酐和2,4,6三(二甲胺基甲基)苯酚的质量配比为100∶85∶1,织物铺层厚度与复合板材厚度比约为1.2∶1.0,注胶工艺为注胶温度65℃、注胶压力0.30 MPa及注胶时间控制在60 min以内,固化工艺依次为80℃下2 h、120℃下3 h及140℃下3 h时,所得复合板材力学性能稳定。Basalt fiber/epoxy resin composite panel was prepared with vacuum assisted resin transfer molding process.The fabric layer thickness,fiber volume fraction,resin system ratio,injection process and curing process were studied.Through theoretical calculation and experiments,it was determined that the mass ratio of epoxy resin E51,methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride and 2,4,6-tris(dimethylamine methyl)phenol in the resin system was 100∶85∶1,the ratio of fabric laying thickness to composite panel thickness was about 1.2∶1.0,the injection temperature was 65℃,the injection pressure was 0.30 MPa,the injection time was controlled within 60 min,the curing process was 80℃×2 h,120℃×3 h and 140℃×3 h,the mechanical properties of the processed composite panel were stable.
