摘　　要：船舶伙食冷库对于船员和旅客具有十分重要的意义,文章分析了逆卡诺循环、理论制冷循环和简化的实际制冷循环的特点,并结合对温-熵图和压-焓图的分析,找出了某船伙食冷库出现故障的原因。旨在帮助轮机员能够深刻理解制冷循环,并提高预判性管理能力,保障船舶伙食冷库安全可靠地工作。The marine food stuff refrigerated storage is significant to crew members and passengers.By analyzing the tephigram and pressure-enthalpy diagram as well as the characteristics of reverse Carnot cycle,theoretical refrigeration cycle,and simplified actual refrigeration cycle,this paper finds out the failure causes of the food stuff refrigerated storage of a ship.The paper aims to help marine engineers deeply understand the refrigeration cycle and improve their predictive management abilities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of marine stuff refrigerated storage.
