火针联合五味消毒饮湿敷治疗寻常痤疮的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察火针联合五味消毒饮加味湿敷治疗寻常痤疮的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年12月在广东省第二人民医院民航院区就诊的寻常痤疮患者76例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各38例,对照组采用五味消毒饮加味湿敷患处,观察组采用火针联合五味消毒饮加味湿敷治疗,4周后评价两组患者疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者皮损数量及痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评分均显著小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的病情分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的病情相对于对照组更轻,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=9.4,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的临床治疗总有效率为97.37%,明显高于对照组的76.32%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:火针联合五味消毒饮加味湿敷治疗寻常型痤疮疗效显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of fire needle combined with Wuwei Xiaodu drink wet compress in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods 76 patients with acne vulgaris who were treated in the Civil Aviation District of Guangdong Second People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink wet compress,and the observation group was treated with fire needle combined with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink wet compress.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated after 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the number of skin lesions and the acne comprehensive grading system score(GAGS)of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the classification of the two groups of patients(P>0.05);after treatment,the condition of patients in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=9.4,P<0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 76.32%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fire needle combined with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink wet compress is effective in the treatment of acne vulgaris.
