加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析加味小柴胡汤治疗咳嗽变异型哮喘的临床效果。方法:选择佳木斯市中医医院2019年4月至2020年12月期间收治的咳嗽变异型哮喘患者60例,按治疗方式不同分组,对照组30例接受常规西药治疗,观察组30例接受加味小柴胡汤治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果、症状积分及血清炎症因子指标。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的63.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者症状积分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清炎症因子比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:咳嗽变异型哮喘可用加味小柴胡汤治疗,患者症状、血清炎症因子水平改善效果更明显。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction on cough variant asthma.Methods 60 patients with cough variant asthma treated in Jiamusi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2019 to December 2020 were divided into different groups according to different treatment methods.30 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine and 30 cases in the observation group were treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction.The treatment effects,symptom scores and serum inflammatory factor indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than 63.33%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,interleukin-8(IL-8),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-αand hypersensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cough variant asthma can be treated with modified Xiaochaihu Decoction.The improvement effect of symptoms and serum inflammatory factors is more obvious.
