疑似污染地块潜在污染物初步识别方法探讨——以安徽某地块为例

摘　　要：为加强污染地块环境管理,建立联动监管机制,对列入疑似污染地块名单的地块,县级生态环境主管部门应进行土壤污染状况调查。首先对疑似污染地块开展人员访谈、现场踏勘、采样测试以及分析研究等工作,对照地块规划用途,判断该地块存在环境风险,分析潜在污染物,尔后进行环境调查,了解潜在污染物浓度和空间分布。In order to strengthen the environmental management of a contaminated land plot and establish linkage supervision mechanism,the county-level ecological environment department in charge should demand an investigation on the land plot listed as suspiciously contaminated.Firstly,interview,field visit,sampling test,and analysis and research were carried out on the suspiciously contaminated plot.According to the planned use of the plot,environmental risks were judged and potential contaminants were analyzed.Then,an environmental investigation was carried out to understand the concentration and spatial distribution of the potential contaminants.
