摘  要:为了进一步提高Al_(2)O_(3)-SiC-C铁沟浇注料的性能,以特级矾土、棕刚玉、SiC、Al_(2)O_(3)微粉、白刚玉、硅微粉、97硅粉、Si_(3)N_(4)粉为主要原料,以高铝水泥为结合剂,制备了铁沟浇注料,研究了Si_(3)N_(4)加入量对铁沟浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:添加Si_(3)N_(4)可使浇注料在高温下具有更优异的机械性能、抗热震性和良好的抗氧化性;另一方面由于材料在烧结过程中生成了β-赛隆相,并与刚玉紧密结合,使试样结构致密,提高了材料的抗渣性能。In order to further improve the performance of Al_(2)O_(3) -SiC-C iron ditch castable,the iron ditch castable was prepared with super bauxite,brown corundum,SiC,Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder,white corundum,silica micropowder,silica powder(SiO_(2)>97%) and Si_(3)N_(4) powder as main materials,and high alumina cement as binder.The effect of Si_(3)N_(4) content on the performance of iron ditch castable was studied.The results show that the castable with Si_(3)N_(4) has better mechanical properties,thermal shock resistance and oxidation resistance at high temperature.On the other hand,because of the β-sialon phase formed during the sintering process and tightly combined with corundum,the structure of the sample is compact and the slag resistance of the material is improved.
