摘  要:对炼焦煤黏结指数(G)和基氏流动度等指标进行分析测定,研究配合煤G值和基氏流动度特征指标的变化规律。结果表明,相同煤种间配合煤的G值和最大流动度具有良好的加和性,不同煤种间加和性差;增加低流动度煤种的配入比例,会导致配合煤软化温度升高,软固区间变窄;配合煤样的G值与lg MF呈线性关系和二次曲线关系的加成。In this paper,the relationship between caking index(G)and Gieseler fluidity of coking coal were analyzed respectively.The change rules of caking index(G)and Gieseler fluidity characteristic of the coal types are mixed.The results indicate that the caking index and Gieseler fluidity characteristic of the same kind of coal show a good additivity,but the additivity of different coal types is poor.With the increase of blending proportion of low Gieseler fluidity coal,the softening temperature of blended coal samples will increase rapidly,and the soft solid interval will narrow continuously.The relationship between caking index(G)and lgMF of blended coal samples can be regarded as the addition of linear relationship and quadratic curve relationship.
