摘　　要：景德镇市焦化能源有限公司推进煤资源结构调整,引进澳大利亚伊拉瓦拉焦煤提质降本,澳大利亚伊拉瓦拉焦煤的煤质分析以及配合煤试验表明,伊拉瓦拉焦煤属低灰低硫焦煤,在配煤炼焦时,澳大利亚伊拉瓦拉焦煤直接替代国内WG焦煤,焦炭质量下降。通过对澳大利亚伊拉瓦拉焦煤煤质流动度指标、煤岩指标以及各煤种的铁箱试验进一步对比研究,优化配煤方案后,焦炭质量得到保证,同时实现配煤成本下降。Jingdezhen Coking Energy Co.,Ltd.promotes restructuring coal resources and introduces Australian Illawarra coking coal to improve the coke quality and minimize the operation cost.The coal properties analysis and coal blending experiment for Australian Illawarra coking coal show that it belongs to low ash and low sulfur coking coal.During coal blending,it is found that the Australian Illawarra coking coal directly replaces domestic WG coking coal,and the coke quality decreases.Through further study on coal fluidity index,coal petrography index and iron box test for various coal types,the coke quality can be guaranteed and the cost of coal blending is reduced after the optimization of coal blending scheme.
