摘　　要：针对鞍钢鲅鱼圈炼焦部硫铵变色情况进行了原因分析。采取了母液储槽清渣、规范离心机打水、强化加酸洗水、改善原料硫酸质量、降低蒸氨塔顶温度等措施,有效解决了硫铵变色问题,硫铵颜色持续白色。This paper analyzes the cause of ammonium sulfate discoloration in Bayuquan Branch of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd..The problems of ammonium sulfate discoloration have been solved effectively by taking the measures,such as slag cleaning from mother liquor tank,standardizing centrifugal operation,strengthening pickling water operation,improving the quality of sulfuric acid and lowering the temperature on top of ammonia stripper,etc..
