中药治疗肾性贫血的研究概述

摘　　要：肾性贫血是慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者的常见并发症,主要与促红细胞生成素(EPO)分泌不足、铁代谢紊乱、氧化应激和微炎症状等相关,目前主要采用补充外源性促红细胞生成素和铁剂的治疗方案,临床存在血红蛋白达标率低、患者依从性差的问题,且药物所致心血管事件、感染等并发症多。祖国医学认为该病本虚标实,虚实夹杂,阻碍新血生成,补肾健脾泻浊是中医治疗肾性贫血的主要方法。现代研究表明,中药通过促进内源性促红素释放,协同外源性促红素补充提高疗效,减轻氧化应激和微炎症,改善营养状况等多靶点途径促进血红蛋白合成,纠正贫血,且中药治疗补血而不滞血,副作用少,价格相对低廉,具有广阔的应用前景,值得临床进一步探讨和推广。Renal anemia is a common complication of chronic kidney disease(CKD)patients.It is mainly related to insufficient secretion of erythropoietin(EPO),iron metabolism disorder,oxidative stress,and mild inflammation symptoms.Exogenous erythropoietin and iron supplement are the main currently the main treatment plan.There are clinical problems of low hemoglobin compliance rate and poor patient compliance.And there are many complications such as cardiovascular events and infections caused by drugs.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the disease has a deficiency in its origin and an excess in its original form,which is a mixture of deficiency and excess,which hinders the production of new blood.Invigorating the kidney,strengthening the spleen,and reducing turbidity is the main method of Chinese medicine to treat renal anemia.Modern research shows that traditional Chinese medicine promotes hemoglobin synthesis and corrects anemia by traditional Chinese medicine promoting the release of endogenous erythropoietin,cooperating with exogenous erythropoietin supplementation to improve efficacy,reducing oxidative stress and micro-inflammation,improving nutritional status.And Traditional Chinese medicine is a treatment for blood enrichment without blood stagnation,with few side effects and relatively low price.It has broad application prospects and is worthy of further clinical exploration and promotion.
