摘 要:通过配加石灰石进行熔剂性球团的预热焙烧实验,对球团的抗压强度及冶金性能进行分析,研究碱度变化对熔剂性球团性能的影响。结果表明:碱度由0.29增大至1.0,预热球团抗压强度变化幅度较小,焙烧球团抗压强度呈现先增大后减小趋势,碱度为0.8时,抗压强度最大达到2813.8 N/个;焙烧球团还原膨胀指数随着碱度增大逐渐降低,最小值为13.2%,而还原度随着碱度增大略有升高;随着碱度增大,球团矿软化温度、熔融温度逐渐上升,软化区间逐渐减小,球团矿中赤铁矿含量逐渐增多且结晶程度变强。The preheating roasting experiment of fluxible pellets with limestone was carried out,and the compressive strength and metallurgical properties of pellets were analyzed,and the influence of basicity change on fluxed pellets was studied.The results show that when the basicity increases from 0.29 to 1.0,the compressive strength of preheated pellets changes slightly,while the compressive strength of roasted pellets increases first and then decreases,and reaches the maximum value of 2813.8 N/pellet when the basicity is 0.8.The reduction expansion index of roasting pellets decreased gradually with the increase of basicity,and the minimum value was 13.2%,while the reduction degree increased slightly with the increase of basicity.With the increase of basicity,the softening temperature and melting temperature of pellets increase gradually,and the softening range decreases gradually.The hematite content in pellets increases gradually and the degree of crystallization becomes stronger.
