摘　　要：文章在四通道燃烧器的基础上,采用新型燃烧技术开发了五通道燃烧器,优化了燃烧器喷嘴。其主要特点是火焰形状可灵活调整、燃烧稳定、对低热值燃料适应性强、使用寿命长等。五通道燃烧器具有相当强的市场竞争力,可完全替代现有回转窑燃烧器。Based on the four-channels burner,the five-channels burner is developed by using the new combustion technology,and the burner nozzle is optimized.There are main characteristics of five-channels burner:flexible adjustment of flame shape,stable combustion,strong adaptability to low heating value fuel,long service life and so on.The five-channel burner has strong market competitiveness and can completely replace the existing rotary kiln burner.
