摘　　要：为了提高铁路用地综合管理水平,维护铁路用地资产权益,优化铁路用地规划配置和综合开发利用,设计并实现了基于铁路"一张图"的铁路用地管理信息系统。该系统的主要功能包括铁路用地统计报表、铁路用地综合指标分析、铁路"一张图"管理、重点区域土地探查分析等,能够协助铁路局集团公司及相关部门科学地规划土地资源,合理地开发利用,让铁路用地管理向精细化、高效化发展。In order to improve the comprehensive management level of railway land, maintain the rights and interests of railway land assets, optimize the planning, allocation and comprehensive development and utilization of railway land, this paper designed and implemented a railway land use management information system based on railway "one map". The main functions of the system included railway land use statistics report, railway land use comprehensive index analysis, railway "one map" management, land exploration and analysis in key areas, and other functions, could assist the Railway Group Co. Ltd. and relevant departments in scientific planning of land resources, rational development and utilization, and let the railway land use management further develop to refinement and efficiency.
