摘 要:采用ϕ112 mm发动机、定容燃烧器实验方法,研究了含季铵盐(YZ⁃1)、有机钡盐⁃季铵盐复配物(BS⁃1/YZ⁃1)的丁羟三组元推进剂在15~60 MPa压强区间的燃烧特性。结果表明,YZ⁃1和BS⁃1/YZ⁃1均能使丁羟三组元推进剂在16~25 MPa压强区间下稳定燃烧;添加BS⁃1/YZ⁃1时的动态压强指数n(0.279)比YZ⁃1的(0.434)更低;采用定容燃烧器法,测得了15~60 MPa压强区间的燃烧性能,添加YZ⁃1时,最大压强指数为0.99(32~33 MPa),并在49~52 MPa压强区间出现了短暂的“平台”燃烧区(n<0.2),添加BS-1/YZ⁃1时,最大压强指数为0.87(31~32 MPa)。仅含YZ⁃1的推进剂无法保障发动机在30 MPa以上的稳定燃烧,在压强超过30 MPa时,含BS⁃1/YZ⁃1的推进剂具有稳定燃烧的潜力。文中研究结果对15~60 MPa超高压强发动机的设计具有较强的指导意义。The burning characteristics of HTPB/AP/Al propellants contained quaternary ammonium salt(YZ⁃1),compound of YZ⁃1 and organic barium salt(BS⁃1)under high pressure between 15 MPa and 60 MPa were studied byϕ112 mm motors and the constant volume burner method.The results indicate that propellants added with YZ⁃1,compound of BS⁃1 and YZ⁃1 can burn stably at 16~25 MPa.The dynamic burning rate⁃pressure exponent of the propellant added with compound of BS⁃1 and YZ⁃1(0.279)is lower than that added with YZ⁃1(0.434).The burning characteristics at 15~60 MPa were measured by the constant volume burner method.The maximum burning rate⁃pressure exponent of propellant added with YZ⁃1 is 0.99(32~33 MPa),and a short platform in the combustion curve is observed at 49~52 MPa(n<0.2),the maximum value is 0.87(31~32 MPa)for the propellant added with compound of BS⁃1 and YZ⁃1.A stable combustion of rocker motors is hardly achieved for the propellant contained only YZ⁃1 over 30 MPa,whereas a great potential has been confirmed for that added with BS⁃1 and YZ⁃1 together.This work would be informative for the design of solid rocket motors operated at 15~60 MPa.
