摘 要:为进一步提升丁羟推进剂的力学性能,开展了阴离子丁羟胶在推进剂中的探索研究。阴离子丁羟胶与自由基丁羟胶相容性良好,采用阴离子丁羟胶部分取代自由基丁羟胶,同时优化阴离子丁羟胶的用量及相对分子质量,以提高推进剂的力学性能。通过固化催化剂的使用,解决了含阴离子丁羟胶的推进剂固化温度偏高、反应活性不匹配的问题。初步研究表明,与全自由基丁羟胶推进剂相比,含阴离子丁羟胶的推进剂在强度相当的情况下,最大伸长率可提高5%以上,改善了推进剂工艺性能,且不影响其燃烧性能。新型固化催化剂的使用,可将含阴离子丁羟胶推进剂的固化条件与全自由基丁羟胶推进剂保持一致,并保持良好的老化性能。In order to further improve the mechanical properties of hydroxyl⁃terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)propellant,the application of anionic polymerized HTPB in propellant was investigated.Based on the good compatibility between anionic polymerized HTPB and free⁃radical⁃polymerized HTPB,the free radical polymerized HTPB was partially substituted by anionic HTPB together with optimizing the content and molecular weight of anionic polymerized HTPB to improve the mechanical properties of propellants.Some problems of anionic HTPB⁃containing propellant,such as higher curing temperature and mismatching reaction activity,were solved by taking advantages of curing catalyst.Primary experimental results show that compare with free⁃radical⁃polymerized HTPB,the maximum elongation of propellant containing anionic polymerized HTPB with a comparable strength increases by more than 5%,and the process performance can be improved without affecting the combustion performance.By the virtue of new curing catalyst,the curing process of propellants containing anionic polymerized HTPB can be maintained the same as that of free⁃radical⁃polymerized HTPB,where a good aging performance is obtained.
