摘 要:为通过改变硫化体系对三元乙丙(EPDM)橡胶性能进行改善,研究了三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(TAIC)、N,N′⁃间苯撑双马来酞亚胺(PDM)和硫磺(S)助交联剂分别在过氧化物双(叔丁基过氯基)三甲基环乙烷(TMCH)体系和过氯化二异丙苯(DCP)体系下对EPDM橡胶的影响,考察了试样胶片的交联密度、力学拉伸性能和硫化特性曲线,分析得到了各助交联剂间的硫化差异和硫化特点。通过实验分析明确了各助交联剂对过氧化物体系硫化性能的影响。结果表明,随着TAIC用量的增加,DCP体系的抗拉强度提高了220%,TMCH体系的断裂伸长率降低了29.7%;随着PDM用量的增加,DCP体系交联密度提升了208%,TMCH体系平均提升了317%,扭矩差平均增加了25%,正硫化时间平均缩短了50%;随着S用量的增加,DCP体系的断裂伸长率提升400%,TMCH体系提升167%。TAIC的加入提升了抗拉强度,降低了断裂伸长率;PDM的使用提高了交联密度和扭矩差,降低了正硫化时间;S的突出性能体现在大幅度提高断裂伸长率和延迟硫化。In order to improve the performance of EPDM rubber by changing the vulcanization system,the influence of assistant crosslinkers,such as TAIC,PDM and S,was studied in the peroxide TMCH system and DCP system,respectively.The crosslinking density of the sample film,the tensile properties and vulcanization characteristic curve were obtained,which were used to analyze the difference and vulcanization characteristics of various assistant crosslinkers.The influence of various assistant crosslinkers on the vulcanization per⁃formance of peroxide system was analyzed experimentally.The results show that the maximum tensile strength of the DCP system increases by 220%as the TAIC addition increases,meanwhile the elongation of the TMCH system decreased by 29.7%.The cross⁃linking density of DCP system increases by 208%as the addition increase of PDM,meanwhile the TMCH system increases by 317%,the torque difference increases by 25%,and the positive sulfuration time decreases by 50%.With the increase of S,the elongation of DCP system and TMCH sys⁃tem increase by 400%and 167%,respectively.The introduction of TAIC improves the tensile strength and reduces the elongation,while the use of PDM improves the cross⁃linking density and torque difference,and reduces the positive sulfuration time.The outstanding perform⁃ance of S is confirmed in the great improvement of elongation and the delayed vulcanization.
