中国技术市场促进经济高质量发展的途径

摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会强调:构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展。技术市场是重要的生产要素市场,作为中国现代市场体系和国家创新体系的重要组成部分,在实现经济高质量发展的过程中发挥着极其重要的作用。鉴于此,本文运用中国2008-2018年30个省份(西藏及港澳台除外)的面板数据,实证检验了技术市场对经济高质量发展的影响途径。研究发现:技术市场可以显著地促进经济高质量发展;科技成果转化效应、产业结构升级效应和研发要素市场化配置效应是技术市场促进经济高质量发展的重要途径。研究结论为政府进一步实施市场导向型创新驱动战略、实现经济高质量发展提供了实验证据。The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee emphasized building a new development pattern and promoting high-quality development.Technology market is a typical factor market.As an important part of China's modern market system and national innovation system,technology market plays an extremely important role in the process of realizing high-quality economic development.In view of this,this paper uses the panel data of 30 provinces(except Tibet,Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)in China from 2008 to 2018 to empirically test the impact of technology market on high-quality economic development.And the findings of this research are:technological market can significantly promote high-quality economic development;the transformation effect of scientific and technological achievements,the upgrading effect of industrial structure and the market allocation effect of R&D elements are the important ways for the development of technology market to promote high-quality economic development.The research conclusions provide new empirical evidence for the government to further implement the market-oriented innovation-driven strategy and achieve high-quality economic development.
