摘  要:本试验采用带虫浸叶法和酶标板法研究吡虫啉对红绿色型豌豆蚜体内的2种解毒酶,即谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶(GSTs)和多功能氧化酶(MFO)活性的影响。结果表明,随着选育代数的增加,LC_(50)值逐渐升高,抗性逐渐增强,豌豆蚜体内2种解毒酶活力均显著升高。至第8代时,红绿色型豌豆蚜体内GSTs比活力分别达到28.35和26.68μmol/[min·mg(pro)],分别是F_(0)比活力的2.88和2.30倍;MFO比活力分别达到2.05和1.72μmol/[min·mg(pro)],分别是F_(0)比活力的1.56和1.45倍,说明GSTs和MFO解毒酶活性与选育代数的增加呈正相关。该试验结果为豌豆蚜防治中合理使用化学杀虫剂提供科学的理论依据。The effects of imidacloprid on two kinds of detoxifying enzymes(GSTs and MFO)activities in red and green Acyrthosiphon pisum were investigated by leaf leaching method and enzyme plate method.The results showed that with breeding generations increased,LC_(50) value,the resistance and activities of two kinds of detoxifying enzymes were detected to be enhanced in Acyrthosiphon pisum.The specific activities of GSTs in the F8 of red and green Acyrthosiphon pisum were 28.35 and 26.68μmol/[min·mg(pro)]with 2.88 and 2.30 times higher than F_(0),respectively.The specific activities of MFO reached up to 2.05 and 1.72μmol/[min·mg(pro)]with 1.56 and 1.45 times higher than F_(0),respectively,indicating that activities of GSTs and MFO were correlated positively with increased breeding generations.The results provided scientific theoretical basis for rational use of chemical insecticides in Acyrthosiphon pisum control.
