摘　　要：为明确40%嘧霉胺SC不同剂量对香葱灰霉病的病指防效和安全性,本研究于2020年开展了40%嘧霉胺SC对香葱灰霉病的田间药效试验研究。结果表明,40%嘧霉胺SC 1124.44~1499.25 mL/hm^(2)对香葱安全,且随着剂量的增加防效也增加。在香葱灰霉病发病初期2次施药,药后14 d 40%嘧霉胺SC 1124.44、1311.84和1499.25 mL/hm^(2)3种剂量下,对香葱灰霉病病指防效分别为64.87%、80.11%、89.01%;其1499.25 mL/hm^(2)的病指防效高于对照组药剂啶酰菌胺。因此,40%嘧霉胺SC可在大面积生产中推广应用,推荐用量为1311.84~1499.25 mL/hm^(2)。In order to clarify the control effect and safety of different doses of 40%pyrimethanil SC against Botrytis cinerea on Allium ascalonicum,the field efficacy test was carried out in 2020.The results showed that 40%pyrimethanil SC 1124.44-1499.25 mL/hm^(2) was safe for Allium ascalonicum,and the control effect increased with the increase of dosage.When 40%pyrimethanil SC was used two times in the early stage of Botrytis cinerea,the control effects of 40%pyrimethanil SC at dose of 1124.44,1311.84,1499.25 mL/hm^(2) against Botrytis cinerea after applying 14 d were 64.87%,80.11%and 89.01%,respectively.The control effects of 40%pyrimethanil SC at dose of 1499.25 mL/hm^(2) significantly higher than boscalid.Thus,40%pyrimethanil SC could be extensively applied in large-scale production,and the recommended dosage was 1311.84-1499.25 mL/hm^(2).
