摘 要:横移施工过程中,由于连续钢桁梁一端处于大悬臂状态,安全风险因素较多,因此施工过程分析与监控至关重要。为确保施工安全,建立该桥在整个施工过程中临时支架、滑道梁以及钢桁梁的有限元模型,通过对各结构在施工全过程的应力和线性进行分析,同时对整个施工过程各个结构的应力和线形进行监测,结果表明:各结构应力和线形均满足安全施工要求,合理的支架设计可以保证结构应力和变形可控,滑块变形会对桥梁挠度监测有一定影响。During the traverse construction process,the analysis and monitoring of the construction process is very important,because one end of the continuous steel truss beam is in a large cantilever state and there are many safety risk factors.In order to ensure the safety of construction,the finite element model of the temporary support,slide beam and steel truss beam of the bridge was established during the whole construction process.The model can analyze the stress and linearity of each structure during the whole construction process.At the same time,each structure of the whole construction process was monitored.The results show that the stress and line shape of each structure meet the requirements of safe construction.Reasonable support design can ensure the controllable structure stress and deformation.The deformation of the slider will have a certain i MPact on the bridge deflection monitoring.
